Collier Being a part of the ESL program has been an amazing experience. Not only has it provided my students with a fantastic opportunity to use English in a natural way, it also gives me a real sense of satisfaction when I can see their eyes light up at discovering something new about the world they live in. Using a multi-skilled and integrated approach, every class provides opportunities to learn new English, explore a variety of new concepts using the scientific method, and get hands-on, in a wide range of fascinating experiments. For me, success in language learning is watching my students confidently express their ideas, thoughts and opinions in English. And I feel truly lucky that I am able to witness this every day in my ESL classroom.

Thompson I like ESL very much because we get to study interesting and exciting topics together. In ESL, we learn a lot and have a lot of fun by doing science experiments, art projects, games, and many other cool activities. We also learn about team work and share our own ideas with each other. For example, if we are going to write a script and act something out, everyone will have their own idea, but after we put the ideas all together, the script became better!
ESL Program Parents
With your children moving on to Hess’s ESL program, we are happy to share this great occasion with you all. Just looking at the happy and smiling faces says so much about the fun and outstanding environment at Hess. We’d like to thank you all for your support throughout the years, and give recognition for the outstanding work done by the teachers and staff. Thank you for loving the kids as much as the kids love you all.
As we all know, growing up is not just about learning to read and write. The skills are important, but more so are love and friendship. That kind of support started right here on their first day of their school and it has only grown since.
We want to tell you how very proud we are of you today! You are all incredibly special. Every day, you have worked hard to learn and play, which is fantastic! Hopefully, you will continue to do so in your future.
